Ten roofers.
One system.
Nothing falls through.

Storm lead to paid job, on one roofing-native system: proposals, e-signed contracts, payments, insurance supplements, crew readiness and material orders. It already runs a real roofing company every day. AI drafts and chases; your people approve.

Application only. We'll tell you honestly on the call if it isn't a fit.

Where roofing companies actually lose money

Not a staffing problem.
An operating-system problem.

01

Leads that don't get a callback in minutes go to whoever called first, and after a storm that is rarely you.

02

A carrier estimate comes back short, with missing items, wrong pitch factor and no O&P, and nobody catches it until the job is underway.

03

Supplements stall in a spreadsheet or an inbox while the adjuster goes quiet and the money sits unclaimed.

04

Crews show up to a job that isn't ready, with material short or a permit not pulled, and burn a day doing nothing.

05

The owner can't trust the profit number on a job until months later, because costs live in five places.

"Runs at Peaks" means the feature is in daily use at Peaks Roofing, a working roofing company with real claims, crews and customers. The platform runs four companies in our own group today. We're now opening it to ten roofing companies outside that group, with a founding rate for those first ten.

Proposal to signed contract

Runs at Peaks

Build the proposal, get it approved, e-sign the contract, and the job and deposit invoice are created for you. Second and final payments are staged on a payments board and wait for your approval.

  • Does: proposals, e-sign contracts, deposit / second / final staging, card and ACH collection

Ira — Carrier Estimate Review

Runs at Peaks

Reads the adjuster's scope and compares it line by line against your own: missing items, scope gaps and compliance flags, with photo evidence matched against a damage taxonomy.

  • Does: line-item carrier-vs-contractor comparison, missing-item detection
  • Honest: an Xactimate-style comparison, not an Xactimate file integration (ESX import and export is built but off by default)

Supplement board + adjuster cadence

Runs at Peaks

A 7-stage supplement board instead of a spreadsheet, with a hard gate: nothing closes out with an unpaid invoice. A follow-up ladder locked to the claim's actual adjuster stops the moment a real reply comes in.

  • Honest: approved supplement dollars are tracked on the board; pushing them into the contract value and invoice is still a manual step

Victor — Production readiness

Runs at Peaks

Checks a job before the crew does. Takeoffs in squares, bundles and the right waste tolerance, draft purchase orders, and nothing enters production half-ready.

  • Honest: Victor drafts the order and a human sends it. Live distributor ordering (QXO, ABC Supply, SRS) is built but off by default.

Albert — Your AI COO

Runs at Peaks

Ages every lead, drafts the follow-up your rep should have sent, and gives you a morning briefing: what's stuck, what's owed, and who needs a nudge.

  • Does: lead aging, rep accountability, daily briefing, approval queue

Canvassing & Territory

Runs at Peaks

Recommended knocking zones and a rollup for door-knocking reps, the storm and restoration lead channel most software ignores. Reps capture jobs offline from the field.

  • Does: daily zone recommendations, rep and territory rollups, offline rep capture

Not a demo environment

This runs a real
roofing company today.

The same platform runs Peaks Roofing's day-to-day operations: the same briefing, the same claim review, the same supplement board, in daily use rather than a sandbox. In the demo you'll see a real claim file and a real payments board, not slides.

16named stages in the claim lifecycle it tracks end to end, from Potential Claim through Paid/Closed, including Denied and On Hold.
7stages on the supplement board, with a hard financial gate on the last one.
0customer messages sent without a named person's approval. Fixed system texts (appointment reminders, missed-call text-backs) are the only exception.
Where it stands today, so you hear it from us:
  • Texting: carrier registration for business texting is still in progress, so don't count on SMS in your first weeks.
  • Contracts: contract templates currently ship with Washington and Idaho terms. Founding customers outside those states get theirs reviewed with your counsel during setup.
  • AI answering (Annie): in private pilot at one company. Not part of the Hub.
  • Next ten: it runs four companies in our own group today, and we're opening it to ten roofing companies beyond that group, with a founding rate and a guarantee for those first ten.

What it replaces

Count what you pay

Roofing CRM (5–10 users)
$300–1,500 / mo
Business texting
$49–200 / mo
AI receptionist
$29–350 / mo
Review management
$300–600 / mo
Roof measurement reports
$13–87 per report
Stitched together, before setup time
roughly $800–2,000 / mo

Compiled from vendor pricing pages and third-party price guides, October 2026; exact numbers vary by plan and team size. Roofing AI Office does not replace review management, texting or measurement vendors one-for-one today; it replaces the CRM and the paperwork between sale and paid job.

One saved job, in your numbers

$12,500roof× 30%gross margin
$3,750gross profit on one job

If the system saves one job that would otherwise have gone cold or been underpaid, that one job pays for about four and a half months of the founding rate. Use your own ticket and margin; the demo does the math with your numbers.

60

Day guarantee. If you haven't run real proposals through the system by day 60, we refund the subscription fees you've paid (not the setup fee) and export all your data. In exchange, founders agree to a monthly feedback call and to serve as a reference.

Who this is for: roofing and exterior companies doing about $1.5M–$5M with insurance work and subcontractors, ready for a guided setup. If you're a one-truck owner-operator, a simpler tool will serve you better today, and we'll tell you so on the call.

Questions roofers actually ask

FAQ

What does it cost, all in?

Founding rate: $797/month for the Hub plus a $1,500 guided setup (or $5,000 done-for-you). Add Ira for $500/month if you do insurance work. List price after the first ten is $997/month with a $2,500 guided setup. The Hub is priced per company, not per user, up to 15 users and one location; beyond that we quote you individually.

What if it doesn't work for us?

If you haven't run real proposals through it by day 60, we refund the subscription fees you've paid and export your data. You keep what's yours either way.

Do I have to replace my CRM?

Yes, and we do the move for you: contacts, pipeline and history migrate into the Hub, then you're off the old system with no double entry. We migrate from GoHighLevel today; ask us about JobNimbus, AccuLynx and others and we'll tell you honestly what's confirmed.

Does this replace Xactimate?

No. Ira compares carrier estimates against your own line by line, an Xactimate-style comparison and not an Xactimate integration. ESX file import and export is built but off by default.

Does it text my customers?

Not yet at full scope. Our business-texting registration with the carriers is still in progress. Email and the approval queue work today.

Does it place material orders automatically?

No. Victor drafts the purchase order and a human reviews and sends it. Live ordering through QXO, ABC Supply or SRS is built but off by default.

Will the AI talk to my customers on its own?

Not for anything that matters. Every AI-drafted customer message needs a named person's approval. No payments are released and no materials ordered without sign-off, and every action is logged.

How long does setup take?

About 30 days from signature to go-live, in phases, starting with lead intake and follow-up. Plan for real time from you and your office lead in the first two weeks.

Is this the same company as Contractor AI Office?

Yes. Roofing AI Office is the roofing-focused front door to the same platform at contractoraioffice.com, built by FarmDawg Holdings LLC.
